Real Estate is my passion. Whether it is putting families with the perfect home to build memories or helping someone sell a home for the next chapter of their life, I am there every step of the way. It can be overwhelming and so often people do not know where to start or what they should do first. I am there to help guide you and to answer all of your questions.
I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I launched my career in sales with national builder Pulte Homes where I benefited from industry leading sales and construction training. This extensive training helps me identify and find the best home value for my buyer clients and helps me find the hidden value to insure the best sales price and profit for my Selling clients. I have also served as a Sales and Marketing Manager for several local builders over the years.
I used this knowledge to become a State of Michigan licensed Broker in 2002 and decided to start my own brokerage. I have poured my heart and soul into Crowne Realty LLC. My goal then and still today is to help families and individuals realize their dream of home ownership through a relentless focus on world-class client service. I created Crowne Realty to be a boutique brokerage that allowed me to give my clients a unique and custom client service experience. I was presented with an incredibly unique opportunity recently. After countless meetings and time spent evaluating the opportunity, I have decided to merge with Arterra Realty. Arterra is truly the most unique and innovative real estate firm I have ever seen. Arterra will allow me to not only continue to service my clients at a world-class level, but actually help me provide an even higher level of service and results for my clients.
