I have been a full time Real Estate Agent for over 18 years. I began with Lindsey Real Estate which was bought out by Houlihan/Lawrence RE. I stayed with Houlihan/Lawrence for 9 years and received many sales awards, referrals, and
praise from both clients and cooperating Brokers.
I came to Charles Rutenberg Realty as an Associate Broker because I am fully committed to providing the best customer service to my Clients. I have continually been a multi-million dollar producer, receiving many sales awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors and I earned the ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) which is a benchmark of excellence for service to buyers. Being a Prudential Financial Planner for many years and dealing with the public has given me the ability to troubleshoot all real estate transactions effectively to prevent problems. I am a 35 year resident of Lower Westchester. I love telling people why I think Westchester is a great place to live and raise a family. I’m a Member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, New York State Assoc. of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, the Better Business Bureau & Fleetwood Neighborhood Association. I am also a Disabled Viet-Nam Veteran and American Legion Honoree.
